  • Led a 40+ interview research programme that narrowed the target customer and redirected the product.
  • Reframed the product from chat-first to people-first, organised around each direct report.
  • Designed the timeline system that controls what information the AI can access about each team member.

Setting the rules for AI judgement about how someone led.

  • Designed the feature both design partners checked after every recording (observed in PostHog).
  • Consolidated 8 backend scoring dimensions into 4 categories a manager could act on.
  • Split one feature into two when usage revealed it was serving two different needs.
